Corporate Finance Group, Inc. is seeking financial consultants to work with senior management of Fortune 500, mid-cap and start-up companies. CFGI has positions available in Boston, New York, and Washington, D.C. for professionals interested in expanding their accounting backgrounds into a highly valued and well rounded skill set. Our consultants work as part of a team with other CFGI professionals, Big 4 auditors and client management on all facets of the engagements, including: analyzing financial information, interviewing client management, identifying key issues, report writing, participating in meetings and developing a strong relationship with client management.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting - CPA and/or MBA combined with solid accounting experience will be considered in lieu of degree in Accounting
- 2 to 5 years experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and ability to assimilate easily into teams
- Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting

Manager

We are looking for professionals with outstanding technical accounting experience, finance and analytical skills, an entrepreneurial mind, and a commitment to continuous professional growth. Director/Market Leader
The Director/Market Leader has overall responsibility for the successful execution of the firm’s business development, employee development and business strategies in the market. As a key member of the leadership team this role will report to the partner in charge of the New York, NY, office and will contribute to all key decisions in the region.
Corporate Finance Group, Inc. is seeking a Director to manage our New York, NY, practice. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of public and/or industry accounting experience, outstanding technical and analytical skills, success in managing teams, and an entrepreneurial mind. Our Metro New York Director will work with multinational companies and their senior management across various industries. This position will lead project teams and oversee all aspects of local engagements, including managing and growing the Metro New York practice.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting - CPA and/or MBA combined with solid accounting experience will be considered in lieu of degree in Accounting
- 10 years experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting

- Strong leadership, team building and management skills
- Strong history of business development and written/oral proposal experience
