Prior to joining CFGI, Landen served as a Managing Director at FTI Consulting (the spinoff of PwC’s Financial Advisory Services Practice). Prior to FTI, he spent 6 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Business Restructuring Services group and Technology, Information, Communication, and Entertainment audit practice. Landen's experience includes SEC reporting, revenue recognition, due diligence, purchase accounting, post merger integration, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, liquidity and cash management, financial restructuring and financial modeling.
