CFGI is proud to announce the promotion of Matthew Pantera to Partner. Pantera joins CFGI’s leadership team with a specific focus on the firm’s Financial Services practice. Pantera has a proven track record of delivering outstanding client service and will continue his important role of mentoring and growing CFGI’s exceptional team of professionals.

Pantera joined CFGI as a Senior Manager in 2011 and has served in a variety of senior client service positions. While in these roles, Pantera developed key financial services clients contributing to CFGI’s robust growth. Pantera’s efforts are focused in the Boston, Hartford, and New York City metropolitan areas along with continuing to play an instrumental role in the development of CFGI’s mentorship program.
Prior to joining CFGI, Pantera worked as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche in Hartford, Connecticut. Pantera also served as the Director of Internal Control at MassMutual Financial Group and Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy at Sun Life Financial. Pantera is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts and Connecticut and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Western New England University.
