Chad brings 15+ years of experience to his clients, providing complex accounting solutions to both public and private companies of all sizes across multiple industries, including biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and software.

Chad has extensive experience with assisting clients with revenue recognition, including the new revenue standard ASC 606. He has also led engagement teams through multiple system implementations related to revenue recognition and has provided varying types of AIS and complex modeling services to his clients. In addition, Chad is also knowledgeable in additional areas including accounting for Share based payments, Preferred stock, and Debt related transactions.

He began his career at Ernst and Young, where he was exposed to Manufacturing, Bio-Tech, and Software clients. Chad received his undergraduate degree from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. He graduated Cum Laude with a concentration in Accounting. Chad also obtained his Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New Hampshire.
