Glenn is a proven finance professional that brings over 20 years of experience building, leading, and advising businesses through complex accounting transactions, performance improvement management, business restructuring, and integration planning and execution. He is an accomplished and versatile leader in business performance, lending to profitable growth and improved cash flows, through the implementation of continuous improvement and process re-design initiatives. Throughout Glenn’s career, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to attract, develop, motivate, and retain strong teams of finance professionals driven to achieve the highest level of performance.
Prior to joining CFGI, Glenn served as Controller at Weetabix North America and was responsible for all areas of accounting, financial and statutory reporting, tax, treasury, and risk management. He also played a key leadership role in the development of the company’s annual operating plan and forecasting process. Additionally, Glenn also held the position of Corporate Controller for both Birddog Solutions, a logistics services company, and Welch Foods. Glenn spent the first eight years of his career at KPMG as Senior Manager. In this role, he provided audit and advisory services to both publicly-traded and privately-held consumer market, retail, manufacturing, and defense contractor companies.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, a Master of Science in Finance from Bentley University, and is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts.
