His expertise and advice are sought by public and private companies ranging from the development stage to Fortune 500. Additionally, he has led numerous engagement teams in completing private placements, initial public offerings, equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, purchase accounting, structured equity transactions, carve-outs, internal controls, and accounting and finance infrastructure assessments. Michael has a reputation for delivering dynamic business solutions that exceed his clients’ expectations.
Michael’s expertise originates from his experience consulting and advising companies in industries such as Life Sciences, Software, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, and Media and Entertainment.
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University.
