With over 20 years of experience providing accounting, management advisory, and transaction services to companies of multiple industries including Software, Technology, Services, Life Sciences and Manufacturing, Robert’s breadth of experience enables him to provide clients with valuable and timely advice. Prior to joining CFGI, Robert was a director at KPMG’s Accounting Advisory Services group where he advised clients on technical accounting issues including revenue recognition, stock compensation, and business combinations. Robert is a former PricewaterhouseCoopers auditor where he worked on private middle market clients across a variety of industries.
Robert is a subject matter expert in revenue recognition, business combinations and consolidations, and has extensive experience of other technical accounting areas. He assists his clients with technical accounting insight and enables clients to successfully navigate complex transactions including IPOs and restatements.
Robert is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and holds the US equivalent of a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in accounting.
