Tara has over 20 years of experience providing accounting, management advisory, and transaction services to public and private companies of all sizes across multiple industries, primarily focusing on medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Her expertise and advice is sought by public and private companies ranging from the development stage to Fortune 500. Additionally, she has led numerous engagement teams in SEC Reporting, financial reporting, business and asset acquisition accounting, impairment analyses, segment reporting, carve-outs, process improvements as well as interim management. Tara has a reputation for delivering outstanding client service and people leadership with business solutions that exceed her clients’ expectations.
Prior to joining CFGI, Tara was in the audit practice at KPMG in Boston and primarily focused on consumer markets and healthcare. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University with a minor in Information Technology.
