Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives are front and center in the marketplace. ESG affects all companies in every industry, both public and private, within the U.S. and abroad. In recent years, many investors, lenders, regulators, standard setters, the public and other stakeholders have shown increased interest in companies’ ESG efforts and disclosures. Management teams may find it challenging to implement initiatives to develop or enhance ESG reporting because such efforts often require unique expertise and affect many areas of the organization and underlying systems, processes and security.
Organizations subject to ESG requirements also need to ensure that the information provided in their disclosures complies with U.S. and international rules and regulations and meets other stakeholders’ demands. Entities desiring to provide voluntary ESG reporting may encounter additional challenges.
The “E,” the “S” and the “G” categories are all very different with unique considerations that require varying levels of expertise to manage.
CFGI is proud to announce that we can support several aspects of an organization’s ESG goals. We offer access to a cross-functional team that can provide expertise and tools tailored to address your company’s unique needs.
