On Feb. 11, the Boston Business Journal announced that CFGI is part of its most recent class of the 50 fastest-growing middle market companies in Massachusetts. CFGI moved up 21 positions since last year’s ranking, earning spot No. 26.
A spotlight on high-growth organizations
In its second year, the BBJ rankings use a weighted final score that incorporates business growth between 2017 and 2019. The data was collected during 2020 by the BBJ research team. This year’s list includes private and public companies across industries that posed an annual revenue between $25 million and $1 billion.

This year’s honorees received awards at a virtual event on Feb. 11. Awards were given for Middle Market Deal of the Year, Innovator of the Year and Executive of the Year. Follow-up virtual events in March and April will include panel discussions with honorees as well as reviews of the BBJ’s research findings.
