Since joining CFGI in 2010 as a Manager, Dolan, a former Big 4 audit manager, has played an essential role in developing key life sciences and technology clients. Dolan also brings deep technical accounting subject matter expertise across multiple areas, including complex debt and equity financings, earnings per share, stock-based compensation, and SEC reporting. Dolan has continually leveraged these skills through client delivery and leadership within CFGI’s internal technical accounting and mentorship training programs.
Lynch originally joined CFGI in 2008 and brings a combination of experiences from his previous roles within a Big 4 accounting firm, industry controllership, technical accounting, and SEC reporting. Lynch has played an important role at CFGI servicing life sciences, technology, and manufacturing clients. Additionally, he has assisted with growing CFGI’s technical accounting expertise with focus areas including revenue recognition, business combination accounting, post-merger integration, and SEC reporting. As part of CFGI’s robust internal quality and review process, Lynch has been significantly involved in creating a structure to ensure the firm consistently achieves the highest quality standards.
