Boston, July 19, 2016 | CFGI is pleased to announce the addition of Harry Ozkaya, Director of IT Risk Advisory, to its leadership team. As Director, Ozkaya will focus on leading and building CFGI’s team of professionals in technology governance, risk and compliance, managing client service delivery, and playing an essential role in the overall operations of the firm.
Understanding that the needs of public and private companies are continuously changing, Ozkaya states, “I am excited to join a firm whose value proposition, and fifteen plus years of experience serving clients in the internal control and risk management space, provides a platform to offer our clients holistic and integrated business information technology services.”
Ozkaya brings over fifteen years of broad range technology assurance and risk management experience. He started his career at EY providing IT assurance and advisory services to clients in the technology, software, manufacturing, media/entertainment, publishing, and retail industries. In his most recent role as Director of Information Risk Management at Santander Bank, Ozkaya helped establish the Information Risk Management department. His experience also includes other leadership roles in IT audit, consulting, and risk management at global organizations such as Brown Brothers Harriman, Société Générale, and JPMorgan Chase.
Angela Celia, Managing Director in charge of CFGI’s Internal Controls and Risk Management practice, says, “Harry’s experience and skill set allows us to better serve our clients, enabling them to successfully navigate through increasingly complex business environments and evolving technologies. Ozkaya holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Management degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Alabama. His industry certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and IT Infrastructure Libraries Foundation Certification v2 (ITIL). Ozkaya is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
