\u00b7<\/span>       <\/span>Preparation of financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC and regulatory requirements (i.e. \u2013 10K\u2019s, 10Q\u2019s, S-1 and S-4 filings, audit coordination). <\/span><\/p>\n

Who you are:<\/u> <\/b><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>       <\/span>An undergraduate degree in Accounting \u2013 CPA and\/or MBA combined with solid accounting experience will be considered in lieu of a degree in Accounting.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>       <\/span>Two to five years of experience in public accounting and\/or industry accounting\/finance.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>       <\/span>Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with an ability to assimilate easily into teams.<\/span><\/p>\n

Offer packages are based on several factors, such as the specific role and level being hired for, location, as well as the individual’s skills, experiences, and qualifications. The good-faith estimated base salary range for this position is: $75,000 – $105,000. multi-faceted business environment. We advise a multitude of public companies and private enterprises operating in a variety of industries on a wide range of valuation considerations related to financial reporting, mergers\/acquisitions, and tax reporting.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Our Valuation Practice professionals work on a wide range of services including valuation of business enterprises, complex debt and equity instruments, and intangible assets for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, dispute resolution, financial reporting, and tax purposes.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><u><i><b>Work you\u2019ll do:<\/b><\/i><\/u><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Financial reporting valuations for business combinations (purchase price allocations), including enterprise valuation and intangible assets, inventory, deferred revenue, contingent consideration, and debt and equity components analyses.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Valuation of goodwill and asset impairment testing for financial reporting purposes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Valuation of common stock securities of private enterprises for financial and tax reporting purposes (409a analysis).<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Valuation of complex derivatives and debt instruments for financial reporting purposes. <\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Valuation for tax purposes, including federal, state, local, international, and personal tax, as well as services related to a client’s allocation of purchase price for tax purposes only.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Advising clients on business plan development, strategic investment decisions, or other financial objectives.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><u><i><b>Qualifications you\u2019ll need:<\/b><\/i><\/u><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         8+ years of experience performing valuation analyses for financial reporting purposes (ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 820, ASC 718) is required. Big 4 experience is a plus.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         In-depth understanding of generally accepted valuation approaches (cost, market, and income), including discounted cash flow, guideline public company\/ transaction, excess earnings, relief from royalty, with\/without, comparative sales and replacement cost methods, capital asset pricing model, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Experience in valuation of complex debt and equity instruments is strongly preferred.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Strong excel modeling skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Exceptional writing skills in preparation of valuation reports, exhibits, memos, and other client deliverables\/communication.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as team building, interpersonal, and communication skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         CFA, ASA, ABV is preferred.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>CFGI is dedicated to offering our employees strong and inclusive total compensation packages. Offer packages are based on several factors, such as the specific role and level being hired for, location, as well as the individual’s skills, experiences, and qualifications. The good-faith estimated base salary range for this position is: $130,000 – $180,000.
