She has deep experience working as an embedded operational leader within organizations to drive performance, build accountable cultures, and put the systems in place to scale successfully.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining CFGI, Radhika was a Partner at McKinsey &amp; Company in the Transformation practice, where she worked directly with senior leadership teams across financial services, technology, and consumer sectors. Prior to McKinsey, she was a Private Equity Operating Executive at Cerberus Capital Management, serving in senior operational leadership roles across the firm\u2019s portfolio companies.<\/p>\n<p>As COO at CFGI, Radhika oversees the firm\u2019s global operations, leveraging AI and technology to sharpen how the firm works and elevate the client experience. Her focus is on attracting and developing the best talent in the industry, expanding market presence, and ensuring CFGI\u2019s operations scale with the same discipline and quality that defines its client work.<\/p>\n<p>Radhika holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from Western University in Canada. Her career spans accounting advisory, consulting, and technology-enabled services, where she has helped firms scale their talent models while maintaining strong cultures and high-performing teams.<\/p>\n<p>As a strategic leader, Paige has focused on building the people and organizational foundations that enable firms to grow. This includes redesigning performance management and compensation frameworks, leadership and promotion models, and talent development strategies aligned directly with business outcomes. She has also led talent acquisition and workforce strategy initiatives that helped consulting organizations expand into new markets and service areas by strengthening leadership pipelines and building scalable recruiting strategies. Most recently, she helped lead initiatives to train and enable consulting professionals to effectively adopt and apply AI tools in their work, supporting broader firm AI strategies and evolving client needs.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining CFGI, Paige held senior leadership roles within consulting organizations focused on talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning. She started her career as a consultant at Accenture and was a leader at Slalom during their years of rapid growth.<\/p>\n<p>As CPO at CFGI, Paige leads the firm&#8217;s global people strategy, including leadership development, performance management, compensation, culture, and the overall employee experience. She has 26 years of experience, working with private equity backed businesses, as well as multinational and listed groups, both UK and non-UK headquartered.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining CFGI, Lubna was a Director at Deloitte for 8 years and led the Compliance and Risk team in the London Foreign Owned team. At Deloitte, Lubna worked with multinational groups in the delivery of complex UK and global compliance and advisory engagements. Prior to Deloitte, Lubna worked at EY for over 17 years in both their London and Midlands practice, where she led compliance and advisory engagements covering topics such as tax restructuring and permanent establishment, capital allowance claims, as well as HMRC enquiry resolution.<\/p>\n<p>Lubna holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, graduating with a First. He led the national SPAC technical team and partnered with C-suite leaders on SEC reporting, technical accounting, financial statement carve-outs, and transaction-driven process changes.<\/p>\n<p>He served as the lead audit partner for a global multi-brand company, supporting its $11B acquisition and subsequent transformation initiatives. John also completed multiple rotations in the firm\u2019s Department of Professional Practice\u2014advising on complex U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SEC matters\u2014and held designations as both an SEC Reviewing Partner and IFRS Reviewing Partner.
