Shine Thomas is a Partner in CFGI’s Business Transformation practice, based in Las Vegas, where he also leads the firm’s ERP Practice. With more than 20 years of experience, Shine has guided companies across industries through large-scale transformation initiatives spanning the full breadth of finance processes. He specializes in business-led technology transformations, including Cloud ERP implementations, finance operating model design, and delivery model transformations such as shared services and outsourcing. Shine is recognized for his ability to align strategy, process, and technology to drive scalability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining CFGI, Shine was a leader in KPMG’s Advisory practice, where he directed transformation programs for clients in life sciences, consumer and retail, healthcare, and technology. His experience includes leading major ERP implementations across Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, and Workday, as well as developing long-term finance roadmaps and business process redesigns. Shine has partnered with executive teams to transform finance functions end-to-end, enabling organizations to improve performance, accelerate decision-making, and achieve strategic objectives.
Shine holds a Master of Business Administration from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Bharathiar University in India.
