Allison is a Managing Director with CFGI, who specializes in partnering with the office of the CFO to assess current state back-office functions, design the future state target operating model, and implement key initiatives to achieve the future state target operating model. Allison has led significant global finance transformation programs, enabled by process, technology, data, and delivery model initiatives, resulting in efficiency and effectiveness value realization. Whether triggered by a corporate action or business need, Allison thrives on helping clients navigate successfully through their unique transformative initiatives.
Prior to CFGI, Allison was a Director in KPMG’s Finance Transformation Consulting practice. During her time with KPMG, Allison specialized in leading global back-office assessments, developing transformation program roadmaps and opportunity/business cases, implementing cloud-based technology solutions, optimizing shared service center organizations, implementing data and reporting improvement initiatives, and tracking value and benefits achieved by the transformation programs.
Allison is a subject matter expert in transactional accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset, project accounting), general accounting, month-end close (account reconciliations, consolidation), financial planning and analysis, and reporting. She has experience as a functional solution architect for financial systems implementations including requirements gathering, application configuration, system integration, SDLC process, legacy data conversion and validation, and cutover/go-live. She is also skilled in service delivery, data model and organization design, implementation, and optimization. She has also worked doing transformation planning, roadmap development, value realization tracking, program management, organizational change management, and communication.
Allison received her Bachelors of Business Administration, Accounting, and Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She received a Masters of Science from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
