Craig is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Accounting Advisory practice, providing accounting and financial consulting services to public and private companies in a variety of industries for over 16 years.

Craig’s experience at CFGI includes leading his clients through transformational transactions and exceedingly complex accounting matters, including business combinations, initial public offerings, and de-SPAC mergers. Craig works hands-on with his clients to meet their needs including providing pre-transaction public company readiness support, financial statement and registration statement preparation, and ongoing SEC reporting support, all while liaising with their external auditors to ensure efficient audits.

Prior to joining CFGI, Craig was a Senior Manager in the Technology, Media, & Telecommunications Audit practice at KPMG LLP. While at KPMG, Craig accumulated 13 years of progressive client service experience in KPMG’s Dallas office, including three years spent on secondment to the firm’s London office.

As a Senior Manager within KPMG’s Audit practice, Craig acquired extensive experience providing financial statement audit, audit of internal control, and performance improvement advisory services to public and private companies with domestic and international operations. Craig has provided professional audit services to several large multinational groups in accordance with PCAOB and AICPA requirements, U.S. GAAP, and IFRS. His audit experience ranges from SEC filings, carve-out financial statements, and employee benefit plan audits to the successful coordination of large global audit transitions. He has a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations and has been involved in numerous debt and equity offerings.

Craig has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance as well as a Master of Accounting from Texas Christian University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
