Henry Papiz is a Partner at CFGI with 25 years of experience guiding organizations through IPO readiness, M&A, finance strategy, operations, and digital-led transformations. He is a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, helping public and private companies design and execute business cases across strategy, operating models, and technology in complex global environments. Henry’s expertise spans finance operations, system integration, carveout planning and execution, target operating model design, and transformation management. He has worked extensively across industries including specialized equipment, consumer and business services, retail and consumer durables, manufacturing, technology, and private equity.
Before joining CFGI, Henry was a Senior Director in PwC’s Advisory practice, where he led strategy, M&A, and finance transformation engagements for more than a decade. Earlier in his career, he held roles in corporate finance and began in public accounting at Arthur Andersen. Henry has served as engagement leader on numerous governance, technology, and transaction-related projects, overseeing carveouts, diligence, integrations, and separation programs across finance, IT, HR, legal, operations, and commercial functions. With over $100 billion of deal experience, he is recognized for driving value creation, synergy capture, and strategic execution on a global scale.
Henry is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy from DePaul University.
