Jennifer is a Managing Director within CFGI’s Financial Services practice. She has over 11 years of experience leading audits and providing interim support services, as well as on-call and project-based technical accounting and transaction advisory services for her clients in the financial services (FS) and FinTech industries.
Jennifer’s primary area of focus includes transaction support for large IPO readiness assessments. She has also performed several engagements recently working for her Asset Management clients in an “interim role” capacity, assisting with the development of technical accounting documentation, auditor coordination, internal controls testing, operational support (month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes), and the related financial reporting process. She has supported these clients through major transactions (acquisitions, conversions, and transitions), as well as in the preparation of their major filings with the SEC. She has extensive experience in new accounting standard implementation, particularly the new Revenue Recognition (ASC 606) and CECL (ASC 326) standards, as well as extensive experience performing Consolidation and Business Combination assessments.
Jennifer is part of CFGI’s ESG FS solution development team. Prior to joining CFGI, she worked within KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy practice, as well as EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services and Audit practices.
