Jennifer is a Managing Director within CFGI’s Financial Services practice. She has over 10 years of experience leading audits and providing on-call/project-based technical accounting and transaction advisory services for her clients in the financial services industry.
Most recently, Jennifer’s area of focus has included transaction support for several large IPO readiness assessments, focusing on the technical accounting and financial reporting considerations. She has also performed several engagements working directly alongside her clients as a member of their teams, assisting with the development of technical accounting memos and documentation, as well as providing operational support, particularly around the month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes. She has also supported these clients through large transactions, such as major acquisitions, restructurings, conversions (e.g., US GAAP to IFRS) and transitions (e.g., ASC 946 accounting to standard operating GAAP). She also has extensive experience in new accounting standard implementation, particularly the new revenue recognition (ASC 606) and credit loss (ASC 326) standards, as well as extensive experience performing Consolidation assessments for her clients in the Wealth and Asset Management and Banking industries.
Jennifer is also part of the solution development team for CFGI’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) service offering. Prior to joining CFGI, she worked within KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy practice, as well as EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services and Audit practices.
