Kimberly is a Managing Director with CFGI where she provides accounting and consulting services to clients in a variety of industries. Since joining CFGI, Kimberly has helped a biotechnology company prepare and file its initial public offering. During this time, she assisted with the preparation of the S-1 and subsequent post-IPO filings, helped to make sure all financial records were accurate and performed consolidation procedures. In addition, she helped to value the company’s share-based compensation on an ongoing basis, prepared quarter-end close documentation (i.e. lease assessments, technical memos and analysis, BS and PL analytics) and helped to draft and edit the Form 10-K and Form 10-Q and associated financial statements.

Prior to joining CFGI, Kimberly worked as a senior associate in the audit practice of KPMG. While at KPMG, Kimberly performed audits of companies in a variety of industries, including the integrated audits of a multinational toy and game company with $4.3 billion of annual revenues and a food and drink corporation with $6.8 billion of annual revenues. As part of her responsibilities on the engagements, Kimberly facilitated detailed testing over significant financial statement areas, including revenue, royalties, pension, goodwill, derivatives, equity and share-based compensation, among others.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Roger Williams University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
