Nimesh is a Managing Director in the Transaction Advisory Services team at CFGI UK. Nimesh has 9 years of experience delivering commercially focused financial due diligence services in buy-side, sell-side and debt refinancing situations.
Before joining CFGI, Nimesh was a Director at PwC UK in the Transaction Services team. He has supported private equity clients, their portfolio companies, corporate and owner managed businesses grow through M&A. He has experience across a broad range of industry sectors including Healthcare, Lifesciences, TMT, Retail, Business and Industrial services.
Nimesh is an ICAEW trained chartered accountant. He graduated from the University of York with First Class Honours in BSc Economics, followed by a degree in MSc Economics from the London School of Economics.
