With 20 years of experience providing accounting, reporting, management advisory, and transaction services to companies of multiple industries including Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Software and Technology, April’s breadth of experience enables her to provide clients with valuable and timely advice on technical and reporting matters. Prior to joining CFGI, April worked for PwC and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance, as well as a public software company and a pre-IPO medical device company.
April is a subject matter expert in SEC reporting, with emphasis on financing and M&A transactions, and has extensive experience in other technical accounting areas. She assists her clients with accounting and SEC reporting matters, enabling clients to successfully navigate complex transactions including IPOs, APOs and business combinations.
April holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University and an Associates of Science degree in Accounting from McIntosh College.
