Chuck is the Regional Managing Partner – South Region for CFGI. As a senior accounting and financial operations executive, Chuck brings almost 30 years of public, private and sponsor-backed company experience within the Financial Services, Communications, Technology, and Manufacturing sectors. Prior to CFGI, Chuck co-founded and was CEO of Pine Hill Group which was acquired by CFGI in 2019. Prior to Pine Hill Group, Chuck served as Senior Vice President of Finance at ATX Communications (“ATX”) where he was responsible for managing ATX’s finance organization. He began his career working in public accounting at large, national accounting firms, most recently EY.
Throughout his career, Chuck has been involved in numerous major M&A transactions, IPOs, as well as in-court (Chapter 11) and out-of-court restructurings. He has also served in numerous executive leadership and board roles for his clients across several industries. His in-depth experience spans leadership, finance & accounting, operations, sales and mergers & acquisitions.
Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University. Chuck is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey and is member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
