William provides accounting, consulting, and interim management services to clients in a variety of industries.
William has significant experience filling numerous interim management roles and leading teams while assisting clients in various industries. His experience includes audit readiness and support, general accounting and the month-end close procedures, consolidation, financial reporting including the transformation of private statements to S-X compliant, the creation of predecessor/successor financial statements, the preparation of SEC Forms 10-Q and 10-K, preparing for SEC registration and ongoing SEC filings, SOX implementation and long-term process analysis and improvement projects.
William is an alumnus of Deloitte and a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. He graduated from the University at Albany with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Business Administration.
