Paige Remington is the Chief People Officer (CPO) at CFGI, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading people and talent strategies for professional services and consulting organizations. Her career spans accounting advisory, consulting, and technology-enabled services, where she has helped firms scale their talent models while maintaining strong cultures and high-performing teams.
As a strategic leader, Paige has focused on building the people and organizational foundations that enable firms to grow. This includes redesigning performance management and compensation frameworks, leadership and promotion models, and talent development strategies aligned directly with business outcomes. She has also led talent acquisition and workforce strategy initiatives that helped consulting organizations expand into new markets and service areas by strengthening leadership pipelines and building scalable recruiting strategies. Most recently, she helped lead initiatives to train and enable consulting professionals to effectively adopt and apply AI tools in their work, supporting broader firm AI strategies and evolving client needs.
Prior to joining CFGI, Paige held senior leadership roles within consulting organizations focused on talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning. She started her career as a consultant at Accenture and was a leader at Slalom during their years of rapid growth.
As CPO at CFGI, Paige leads the firm’s global people strategy, including leadership development, performance management, compensation, culture, and the overall employee experience. She works closely with CFGI’s executive leadership team, managing partners, and practice leaders to ensure the firm’s people strategy aligns with its strategic priorities — strengthening leadership capability, scaling the talent platform, and building a high-performance culture that supports CFGI’s continued growth and success with clients.
