Anastasia (Ana) Miros is a practice leader at CFGI in Singapore, where she helps clients across the Asia-Pacific region put AI, data, and strategy to work in ways that create measurable, provable value. At CFGI, Ana partners with executive and finance leaders on the engagements where the translation gap between an organisation’s ambition and its realised results is hardest to close, with work spanning AI capability design, data strategy, transformation advisory, and clinical data and standards.
Prior to joining CFGI, Ana served as Director, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Asia Pacific at KPMG in Singapore, and brings more than 20 years of global and regional industry experience leading large-scale transformation and innovation across both first-line and second-line roles, particularly in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, digital health, and private healthcare. Having built and run data and AI functions from both the operator side and the technical build, she offers a practitioner’s perspective on what it actually takes to move from innovation to scaled, quantifiable outcomes. Her technical areas of focus include digital innovation and ventures, data science and advanced analytics, and commercialisation.
Ana holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), an Executive MBA in Behavioural Science from Yale University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Data Science and Machine Learning from the University of Queensland. Her professional accreditations include a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Data Strategy Certification from AGSM, and AAMI certification in Quality System Requirements (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485), and she is first author of an IEEE-published paper on a benchmarking platform for mitotic cell classification of ANA IIF HEp-2 images. She is recognised for a clear-eyed, evidence-based approach to emerging technology, advising leaders not only on where AI and data deliver value but also on where they do not.
