Kevin Colman is a Partner at CFGI, bringing more than 15 years of experience providing assurance and advisory services to public and private companies of varying size and stage. His industry focus spans technology and software, media and entertainment, fintech and financial services, and professional sports.
Kevin has built a reputation as a creative, effective problem solver and a decisive advisor whom clients rely on to guide them through complex, non-routine transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and carve-outs, debt financings, IPOs, the adoption of new accounting standards, regulatory inquiries, and transformational initiatives. His technical depth spans U.S. GAAP technical accounting, revenue recognition, business combinations, leases, capitalized software, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance and internal controls.
Before joining CFGI, Kevin spent 15 years at PwC across both the audit and advisory practices, where he advised finance and accounting teams on complex technical and regulatory matters and managed large, multinational teams delivering high-quality audits and process improvements. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from Providence College, is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey, and is a member of the AICPA.
