Ninad is CFGI’s Partner leading the Cybersecurity Practice. He has over 18 years of experience across various leadership roles in cybersecurity and specializes in building and managing cybersecurity operations, business development and pre-sales.
Prior to joining CFGI, Ninad was a Senior Director at Capgemini, a leading global service integrations provider. He was responsible for managing cybersecurity services (operations and growth) across various sectors in North America, Europe and India.
He founded Capgemini’s offshore security practice in India and built two marque security operations centers (SOCs) with a team that grew to 350 Security Analysts in 3 years. Ninad was responsible for developing a global go-to-market strategy for cybersecurity at Capgemini and designed the concept for a Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (COE) which became a major growth enabler. He led the growth of Capgemini’s North America Cybersecurity Practice from ~$5M/year in revenue to ~$45M/year over 4 years.
Ninad serves as an Advisory Board Member for Cybersecurity at PACE University — Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems in New York. He holds a Master of Business Administration, Finance, and a Bachelor of Commerce, Finance and Accounting, from the University of Mumbai. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and a Certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
