Matt is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Risk Advisory practice in London. Matt has more than 10 years of experience across assurance and consulting services, with a focus on auditing and guiding companies through SOX and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting requirements. Matt has also led several UK Corporate Reform health checks to help UK companies gauge how proposed reform may impact them.
Prior to CFGI, Matt was a Director in EY’s Consulting practice working in the Enterprise Risk team. He is experienced across all stages of a SOX project lifecycle and has assisted numerous companies through their listing process with relation to Governance and Controls.
Matt has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Kansas.
