As a Managing Director in CFGI’s Accounting Advisory practice, Jing works with clients navigating complex financial reporting, technical accounting issues, and US capital markets activity. She partners with executive teams to address high‑stakes accounting challenges, strengthen internal control environments, and support organizations preparing for significant transactions, including US Initial Public Offerings. Jing brings deep expertise in both US GAAP and IFRS, helping multinational companies translate evolving requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
Prior to joining CFGI, Jing spent over 14 years in global finance and public accounting roles across the US and UK. She previously served as a Senior Manager in EY’s Audit & Capital Markets group, where she led and integrated large, complex audits for SEC and EU registrants as well as major private companies. During her time at EY, she gained extensive SEC and PCAOB experience, including reviewing domestic and foreign filings, resolving complex technical accounting matters, and evaluating SOX internal control frameworks for multinational organizations.
At CFGI, Jing advises non‑US businesses pursuing US IPO readiness, provides technical accounting support on complex US GAAP and IFRS matters, and helps public and private companies enhance internal controls, including SOX 404 and UK BEIS‑related reforms. Her experience spans consumer retail, financial services, real estate, energy, and shipping, where she has supported organizations through periods of significant transformation and regulatory scrutiny.
Jing is a US Certified Public Accountant and has passed the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland examinations. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance and Accounting from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
