Jing Ning Dohan is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Accounting Advisory practice in London. She is an experienced finance professional with deep expertise in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS, and over 15 years of international experience across the U.S. and UK.
Jing has worked with a broad range of clients, including large multinational SEC registrants and private companies, and has significant experience supporting businesses through the U.S. Initial Public Offering (IPO) process. Her work spans complex technical accounting matters, capital markets transactions, and financial reporting considerations in both domestic and cross-border contexts.
Prior to joining CFGI, Jing was part of EY’s Audit & Capital Markets team, where she led and managed large, complex audits for multinational SEC and EU registrants as well as private companies. During this time, she developed extensive experience with SEC and PCAOB requirements, including reviewing domestic and foreign SEC filings, addressing complex accounting issues, and evaluating SOX internal control frameworks.
At CFGI, Jing advises non-U.S. companies navigating the U.S. IPO process and supports both public and private clients on technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP. She also has experience in post-acquisition integration, consolidation accounting, and the design and enhancement of internal control frameworks, including tax processes. Jing has worked across a diverse range of sectors, including consumer, financial services, real estate, technology, media and telecommunications, energy, and shipping, helping organizations manage growth, transformation, and evolving regulatory expectations.
Jing is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has passed the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) examinations. She graduated summa cum laude from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with double majors in Finance and Accounting.
