Flutter Trading on the New York Stock Exchange

CFGI assisted Flutter, the world’s leading online sports betting and iGaming operator, in achieving a listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Trading of Flutter’s shares, under ticker symbol “FLUT,” began on January 29, 2024. The brand has now canceled its secondary listing on Euronext Dublin, but maintains its primary listing on the London Stock Exchange as “FLTR.” Its proposed next step is to move its primary listing to the NYSE, after which the U.K. listing would remain as a secondary listing.

Flutter is the parent company of some of the world’s biggest and most popular sports betting and iGaming brands. These comprise Fanduel, Sky Betting & Gaming, Sportsbet, Pokerstars, Sisal, Paddypower, Adjarabet, Betfair, tombola, maxBet TVG, Junglee Games, Sporting Life, Timeform, and Airton Risk Management. It is split into four divisions, targeting the U.S., U.K. and Ireland, Australia, and other international markets.

CFGI’s experts guided the Flutter team through the process of securing the new listing, which leadership views as a pivotal move in aligning the parent company with Fanduel, its popular U.S. brand.
