Alice has over 15 years of experience providing accounting advisory and transaction services to public and private companies in a variety of industries including life sciences, software, technology, commercial and financial services. Alice has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, revenue recognition, debt and equity issuances, debt restructuring, leasing, collaboration arrangements and IPO readiness. Alice consistently works with clients to find solutions to complex accounting issues and provides a tailored approach that fits each client’s needs and circumstances.

Alice’s skills include technical accounting, business combination accounting, revenue recognition, debt offering, initial public offerings, SEC reporting, and audit readiness. 

Prior to joining CFGI, Alice worked as an AVP of financial reporting and technical accounting at a global banking institution. In this role, she led the ASC 606 and ASC 842 implementations in the US. She was also responsible for monitoring IFRS and US GAAP standards and advising business leaders on the accounting of complex transactions including scoping, technical analysis, memo preparation, audit coordination and disclosures. Alice is an alumni of Ernst & Young audit practice where she was responsible for the management and execution of audit engagements in the New York office’s asset management group. 

Alice holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst in New York.
