Brendan is a Partner with CFGI, providing mergers and acquisition advisory services to private equity and corporate clients. Brendan brings 19 years of experience leading deal teams on over 250 transactions in the U.S. and Europe, on deals ranging in size of up to $3.5 billion (purchase price). Representative transactions include platform and bolt-on acquisitions, take-private transactions, private and public company carve-outs and Chapter 11 reorganization.
He provides key services such as buy-side financial due diligence, purchase and sale agreement review, seller due diligence services, working capital adjustment disputes and strategic planning. Brendan covers a variety of industries including technology, software, SaaS, web-enabled services, professional services, manufacturing, retail and distribution.
Before joining CFGI, Brendan served as Managing Director, Transaction Advisory Services at BDO, New York and as Principal in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at EY, New York. His clients included leading private equity firms and corporations in the U.S. and Europe. Brendan started his career as an auditor with KPMG New York.
Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business (BBS) from the University of Limerick, Ireland and a Law Degree (LL.B) from the National University of Ireland, Galway. He is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) in Ireland and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York.
