As a Managing Director in CFGI’s Tax Practice, Brian has over 10 years of experience in public accounting with the Big Four. His experience includes serving clients in the technology, life sciences, and manufacturing industries.
He specializes in accounting for income taxes, corporate tax compliance, tax process improvement, and tax software implementation. Prior to joining CFGI, Brian began his career with PwC’s Assurance Practice with a focus on financial statement audits of private equity funds. After three years, he transitioned to PwC’s Tax Practice where he specialized in corporate tax provision and compliance services for privately held start-ups and public multinational corporations. While at PwC, Brian was chosen to serve as one of the firm’s inaugural Tax Digital Accelerators, a two-year technology role, where he obtained significant experience with Alteryx and UiPath. He utilized his knowledge of these tools to automate thousands of hours for the firm’s internal and external stakeholders. Brian spent over 10 years at PwC before transitioning to BDO, where he continued to support his corporate clients with their tax accounting and compliance needs for 3+ years prior to joining CFGI.
Brian holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Plymouth State University.
