Brian is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Accounting Advisory practice. He is a senior financial officer with significant expertise in accounting and financial reporting, treasury management, internal controls, SEC reporting and compliance, including registration statements, SEC comment letters and interim and annual reporting. Brian is a member of the Emerging Standards team and is focused on assisting companies with new accounting standard implementation projects.
He has more than 16 years of experience in the financial services and real estate industries, particularly in home building, commercial lending and property management operations. Prior to joining CFGI, Brian served as Corporate Controller for Traditions of America LP, Managing Director of Accounting for RAIT Financial Trust and Audit Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
