Bryant is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Valuation practice, providing a comprehensive suite of valuation services across a variety of industries. Bryant has over ten years of experience providing valuation services for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and tax planning and reporting to private and public companies, and high net worth individuals. Prior to CFGI, Bryant was a Senior Manager at Andersen in the Valuation practice. Prior to Andersen, Bryant accumulated experience in auditing at KPMG and Deloitte, and financial planning and analysis at Fidelity Investments.
Bryant’s skills include purchase price allocations related to ASC 805, impairment analyses related to ASC 350 and 360, common stock valuations for Section 409A purposes, and appraisals performed for estate and gift tax reporting, and tax planning.
Bryant holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Bentley University. He is a CFA charterholder and an inactive CPA.
