Chris is a Partner in CFGI’s New York office. He has over 8 years of experience providing accounting advisory, auditing and transaction services to public and private companies ranging from development stage to Fortune 500. His experience spans a variety of industries, including life sciences, media and entertainment, technology, software, consumer products and retail.

Chris has advised clients on a variety of complex accounting matters, including revenue recognition (ASC 605 and ASC 606), business combinations, leases (ASC 840 and ASC 842), capitalized software, stock-based compensation, consolidation of variable interest entities, segment reporting and carve-out financial statements. He also served as an advisor on numerous engagements related to mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, SPAC mergers, initial public offerings and carve-out transactions.

Prior to joining CFGI, Chris spent 4 years in the audit practice at Deloitte. During this time, he was responsible for leading integrated audits of financial statements for multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB and AICPA standards. He also has a strong knowledge and understanding of internal controls gained through extensive experience with SEC registrants subject to the provisions of Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware, and he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
