Daiva has over 20 years of experience in domestic and international consulting and external audits. Her experience includes advising companies on SEC reporting issues and various technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP and IFRS, including complex accounting areas such as business combinations, divestitures (carve-outs and spin-offs), consolidations, convertible debt and share-based payments as well as a variety of SEC matters, including initial public offerings and secondary security offerings.

Before coming to CFGI, Daiva was a director in PwC’s CMAAS group, where she focused on U.S. GAAP to IFRS conversions and capital market transactions. Prior to joining PwC, she spent 12 years at Deloitte in its assurance and capital markets practices in the U.S. and Greece, serving U.S. domestic and international clients.
