Daiva is a Managing Director at CFGI with over 20 years of international consulting and external auditing experience. Daiva is an experienced financial reporting professional recognized for subject matter expertise by providing thorough client services across multiple industries. Her experience includes advising companies on SEC reporting issues and various technical accounting matters under US GAAP and IFRS, including complex accounting areas and a variety of SEC matters, such as initial public offerings and secondary security offerings, including cross-border capital market transactions.
Daiva’s skills include initial public offerings, secondary securities offerings and other SEC reporting; business combinations; divestitures (carve-outs and spin-offs) and discontinued operations; convertible debt and preferred shares; share-based payments; and earnings per share.
