Dan is a Managing Director with CFGI’s Finance and Accounting Advisory practice, bringing over 13 years of experience leading client engagements of all sizes and industries, with a focus on media and entertainment, technology, consumer products, and life sciences. Dan brings solutions to the complex accounting and operational demands of his clients, specializing in technical accounting, SEC reporting, financial statement preparation, and audit readiness.
Prior to joining CFGI, Dan was a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Northeast Commercial audit practice, serving clients based in New York and New Jersey. During his career at KPMG, Dan was responsible for directing multiple engagements for public and private companies, including serving as the lead Senior Manager for large-scale, multi-national public company engagements.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey.
