David is a Managing Director at CFGI providing capital markets and accounting advisory services to private and public companies of all sizes and across all industries for complex transactions. 

David’s skills include initial public offering readiness, SEC reporting including Form S-1 registration statements, inclusive of the preparation of the F-Pages, Management’s Discussion and Analysis, Article 11 Pro-Forma Financial Information as well as correspondence with the SEC Department of Corporation Finance. He has extensive experience advising companies on the uplift of their financial statement disclosures from private company standards to public company standards, carve-outs, divestitures, and complex technical accounting analyses under U.S. GAAP. He has gained a proficiency in accounting topics such ASC 260 Earnings Per Share, ASC 350 Intangibles, Goodwill and Other, ASC 470 Debt, ASC 805 Business Combinations, ASC 820 Fair Value Measurement, ASC 830 Foreign Currency Matters and Digital Assets. 

Prior to joining CFGI, David was a Manager in the assurance practice of Ernst and Young in New York City and his clients were primarily in the media, entertainment, and professional sports industries. Before that he was a Senior Associate for a regional audit firm which focused on the Healthcare and Non-Profit sectors. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Touro University and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
