Erica is a Partner with CFGI, providing complex accounting advisory services to public and private companies of all sizes across various industries, with a focus on biotechnology and other life sciences. Erica brings over 11 years of accounting experience and has spent her 6 years at CFGI focusing on assisting clients and leading engagement teams with initial public offerings and SEC reporting post-IPO. Erica also has experience in supporting clients with other complex technical accounting matters, including debt and equity transactions, stock-based compensation, earnings per share, business collaborations and license agreements, financial statement preparation, and audit readiness.
Before joining CFGI, Erica worked at Denham Capital Management, LP, a private equity company in the Boston area, serving as a senior accountant where she was responsible for performing various general partner entity and management company accounting reconciliations, financial reporting, distribution waterfalls, and building long-term incentive proceed models. Prior to her industry role, Erica was an experienced associate in the financial service industry at PwC.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting focus and a Master of Science in Taxation and Accounting from the University at Albany.
