Greg brings over 20 years of experience providing accounting advisory services to public and private companies across technology, life sciences, and entertainment industries. Greg is the Senior Managing Partner for the West Coast markets and based in Los Angeles.
Greg brings extensive experience to his clients with technical accounting, financial reporting and financial advisory service. He regularly supports complex mergers and acquisitions across a variety of roles including buy-side and sell-side support, day one readiness planning, carve-out accounting and post-merger integration. Greg’s SEC reporting experience includes assisting clients with their public offerings as well as recurring filings. His technical expertise is focused on revenue recognition, business combinations, lease accounting, debt and equity offerings.
Outside of CFGI, Greg was the director of external reporting for a life science services organization that included technical accounting, financial reporting and acquisition integration experience. Additionally, he is an alumnus of PwC’s audit practice based in Boston and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from St. Michael’s College.
