James has over 10 years of experience ranging from auditing to accounting advisory roles. While at CFGI, James has worked primarily in the biotechnology sector and specializes with assisting his clients through revenue recognition considerations. Additionally, James has expertise in business combinations, goodwill impairment, period-end financial reporting, SOX requirements, and audit readiness.
Prior to joining CFGI, James was a Senior Manager at PwC serving clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications sector. In this role, he led the audit of a large, publicly traded company in the data and information industry. This included overseeing large and complex accounting transactions as well as the adoption of new accounting standards. James also led the audit of a pre-IPO client in the entertainment industry.
James graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting as well as a Master of Science in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
