Johan is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Accounting Advisory practice in London. Johan has over 10 years of experience working in both the UK and Sweden advising companies in equity capital markets transactions, as well as on buy-side and sell-side projects. Johan works with clients of all sizes across all industries, from start-ups and large private businesses looking to IPO, to global public companies looking to undertake significant M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, mergers and demergers, and equity raises.
Prior to joining CFGI, Johan worked for over 10 years with KPMG in both the UK and Sweden. Johan has extensive experience from both assessing and supporting companies considering IPOs or other capital markets transactions, having acted as both reporting accountant and in a support capacity on some of the largest UK and Swedish capital markets transactions.
Johan has a MSc in Accounting and Financial Management and BSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden, and has also studied psychology at Harvard University, Massachusetts.
