John is a Managing Director in our Capital Markets Accounting Advisory practice and brings over 10 years of experience providing audit and accounting advisory services to public, private, and non-profit organizations of all sizes. His industry experience includes the technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and higher education sectors. He assists clients with technical accounting projects as well as complex transactions such as IPOs, de-SPACs, and restatements.
John is a subject matter expert in share-based compensation as well as debt and equity instruments, and has extensive experience in other technical areas such as EPS, ASC 842, inventory and cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
Prior to joining CFGI, John was in the audit practice at PwC in Philadelphia and New York. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University and is a CPA in New Jersey.
