Jonathan is a Managing Director with CFGI, with over 15 years of experience providing audit support, accounting, and consulting services to a wide variety of clients. His industry experience includes financial services, technology, and biotechnology. Jonathan enjoys working with clients to solve their most complex problems.
Jonathan’s skills include SEC reporting; initial public offerings; segment reporting; carve-outs; researching and concluding on complex technical accounting issues; ASC 606 revenue from contracts with customers; and ASC 842 leases.
Prior to joining CFGI, Jonathan served as an Assurance Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) in Boston, Massachusetts. Jonathan began his career at PwC, and as a Senior Manager, he was responsible for leading all aspects of the financial statement audits of various public and non-public financial services and investment companies. His specific product experience includes mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, hedge and private equity funds, insurance products, and real estate investment vehicles across various investment strategies and investor profiles.
Jonathan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from Bryant University, and a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
