Marcel Merkle has over 18 years of professional experience in the valuation arena advising large corporates as well as small and medium sized companies.
His technical expertise includes purchase price allocations (PPA), business valuations according to IDW S1, M&A related valuations, impairment tests, fairness opinions and start up valuations.
Before joining CFGI Germany, he worked for KPMG AG, FAS AG and Deloitte GmbH and possesses an extensive knowledge in the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors.
