For over the past 10 years, Mark has advised clients operating around the globe on valuation matters relating to financial reporting, tax & estate planning, and litigation support.
His expertise spans both conventional business and security valuation approaches as well as utilizing more complex methods. Specific engagement experience includes purchase price allocations, impairment analyses, valuation work pertaining to equity securities, litigation, and gift/estate tax matters. Mark has also provided fair value services to business development companies, hedge funds, and other portfolio managers of debt and equity investments.
Prior to joining CFGI, Mark served as a Vice President at Murray, Devine & Co., Inc., a premier provider of valuation services to the nation’s leading private equity and growth capital firms. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and is active in the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
