Matthias Seitz has more than 12 years of professional experience in the areas of auditing and transaction advisory. He passed the German auditor and tax consultant exams.
Before joining the PAS, he worked in one of the leading auditing firms (Big 4) and afterwards as managing director in a medium-sized consulting firm focusing on finance and accounting.
His main focus is on consulting in regards to national and international corporate and private equity transactions as well as in the field of company valuation.
